1.Structure :
The dry type heat exchanger is divided into flat type heat exchanger and stacked-up type heat exchanger by structure type.
The users can select structure types according to the fields and installation requirements.
The flat type heat exchanger ensures structural strength and features simple appearance
due to the structure type of tube plate and support.
Both the flat type heat exchanger and stacked-up type heat exchanger give full consideration to
the convenience of the connecting tube of the compressor and optimize tube connection
so that the complete machine looks as simple as heat exchangers.
The design of the liquid distribution cavity of the evaporator is optimized as if
a liquid distributor is installed in the liquid distribution system,
thereby realizing the most reasonable distribution of refrigerant liquid.
2.Safety Performance and Manufacture :
The design of structural strength and heat and mass transfer is optimized in strict accordance with the national standard,
thereby ensuring performance,increasing the utilization rate of materials and meeting the national requirements
on energy conservation and consumption reduction.
By virtue of advanced processing equipment including CAX and CNC center as well as 50 years of experience
in manufacturing of refrigerating containers, product manufacture can fully conform to the design concept.
The great advantage is that refrigerant charge is 1/3 of full liquid type.
The disadvantage is that COP is not higher than that of full liquid type under the same working conditions.
